Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at P&B. After all, we owe our continued existence to our supportive customers.

Bontebok Limeworks (trading as P&B Limeworks) is a registered member (participant) of the Consumer Goods and Services Industry Ombud Scheme. This is a dispute resolution scheme. We subscribe to the Code as prescribed in the Consumer Protection Act. This offers you, the consumer, additional assurance that your voice will be heard in the unlikely event of you not being entirely happy with your purchase or service you receive from P&B Limeworks.

Should you be dissatisfied by an experience with us, your first course of action is to tell us about it. More than likely, we'll be able to resolve your complaint right away. If not, you'll have recourse to the Office of the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman, who will attempt to help you resolve your complaint by means of an alternative dispute resolution.
